Vineyards location: 5 vineyards, hence the name, in Barolo, Verduno, Monforte d’Alba, La Morra and Grinzane Cavour. Vines are 30 to 50 years old

Vinification: Skin maceration for 12 days. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Ageing: 2 years (20% in 2nd use French oak barriques and 80% in oak barrels). 1 year in bottle.
