Total production (btls): 150,000

Vinification: Alcohol fermentation at controlled temperature (77F). Maceration on the skins for 15 days to enhance phenolic extraction, tannins and fruit aromas. Malolactic fermentation carried out for 5 days part in stainless steel, part in large barrels.

Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in large oak barrels.
